Chevron & Pocket Crest
Okie girls, this is not the best picture for pocket crest. But it's all i've got. This should be the position. The size of your pocket crest should be estimated 4cm by 4cm. Mine is 4.5cm by 4.5cm. It's a guide. Cause need space for the sewing.

open letter to the drill competition girls
dear girls,
sorry that i lost my cool at you all today. it's just that i expected more out of you all based on the amount of practices i knew all of you have put in. it's just that the result doesn't equate to the amount of effort and sacrifices you've put in. nonetheless, it still doesn't justify my blasting at all of you. so i am sorry.
i believe that you have given your best. so i just hope that all of have fun and enjoy yourselves during the competition. whether we win anything or not, it doesn't matter. as long as you have given your best. that's all that matters.
thank you for your commitment to practices. i understand that practices have not been easy. i am sorry that i can't be there with you throughout the whole process. but i am grateful to all of your sacrifices and hardwork. thank you for your can-do attitudes.
relax. suck in your tummy. lock your arms. you girls can do it! you have put in too much effort to waste them all. so just go ahead and give it all out okay?
all the best for saturday. drink plenty of water in the meantime. look smart. and no matter what happens, know that we are still very proud of you girls. jia you!
love,
regina.
